Differ Group Announces to be Selected as a Constituent Stock in Hang Seng Composite Index

(Hong Kong, 29 February 2016) – Differ Group Holding Company Limited (“Differ Group” or the “Group”) (stock code: 6878), a leading provider of short to medium-term financing and financing-related solutions in China, has announced its inclusion as a constituent stock in the Hang Seng Composite Index by the Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, with effect from 14 March 2016 (Monday).

The Hang Seng Composite Index (“HSCI”) offers a comprehensive Hong Kong market benchmark that covers about the top 95th percentile of the total market capitalisation of companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (“SEHK”). Adopting the freefloat-adjusted market capitalisation methodology, the HSCI can be used as a basis for index funds, mutual funds as well as performance benchmarks.
